Depot Charging Ecosystem

The Depot Charging Ecosystem combines the Hub600 and Hub1200 hubs (600-1200 kW DC power) with three dispenser types for different requirements: DSP375 for space-saving overhead charging at loading ramps, DSP400 for public customer charging with large displays and DSP700/1000 for ultra-fast charging in short downtimes.

All components can be used individually or flexibly combined – from the targeted use of individual charging points to scalable depot solutions for different charging profiles.

The ELMI solution is aimed at logistics depots, freight forwarders, bus companies and fleet operators with heterogeneous vehicle types and charging profiles. Depending on requirements, individual charging points, dispenser types or hubs can be combined and gradually expanded – from a few vehicles to large fleets.

In conjunction with commercial storage systems, PV systems and intelligent energy management, load peaks can be controlled, self-consumption optimized and depot operation economically aligned – without the need for a complete system expansion right from the start.

• DSP375 (overhead): For loading ramps and loading/unloading zones where vehicles are loaded overnight or during longer downtimes (several hours). The best “drive-around protection” thanks to head-high mounting with cable winch – drivers can maneuver and load undisturbed.
• DSP400: For sites with medium loading times and customer traffic (e.g. external transport service providers). The large displays communicate with drivers, calibration-compliant billing and credit card terminals enable commercial use.
• DSP700/1000: For priority vehicles and long-distance trucks that need to be charged in an ultra-short downtime (less than 45-60 minutes). Small cable diameter despite high power – maximum efficiency with minimum space requirement.
